Target Participants: Executives, Business Managers, Supervisors, HRD Managers and Management/OD Practitioners/Specialist who are involved in business and human management functions/TQM/Strategic Planning

Program Objective: At the end of the program, the participants would have acquired the Fundamentals on Manpower Planning and Forecasting. Specifically they will be able to:
1.    Link the function of Manpower Planning to the overall HR strategies of the organization
2.    Identify the critical inputs in conducting  organization and manning review
3.    Establish performance standards
4.    Determine manpower level requirements vis-a-vis projected organizational objectives/targets
5.    Identify strategies to fill the gaps of quantity and quality of manpower requirements
6.    Establish action plans in implementing the manpower planning function
